Charles Lewis Marshall Sr., 81, passed away on Oct. 21, 2017, at his residence in Suffolk. A funeral will be held at noon Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017, in Baker-Foster Funeral Home, 5685 Lee Farm Lane, Suffolk, by Pastor Ryan Brice. Burial will follow at Albert G.
