William M. Franz, 79, died on Nov. 7, 2017. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. David Brooks officiating. Burial will follow with full military honors at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
