Patricia Michelle Lemons, 53, of North Capital Street, transitioned Friday, Dec. 15, 2017, at her residence. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in Roosevelt Memorial Cemetery, Chesapeake. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
