Mrs. Lecey Mae Hall, of 125 Bute St., died on Jan. 5, 2018, in the Nansemond Point Nursing Facility. A celebration of her life service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, at the Balm Church, East. Burial will be in Balm of Gilead Church Cemetery. Bishop Hall will officiate the service.
