Joe Wiggins, 81, of New York, died on Jan. 10, 2018. Mr. Wiggins’ visitation will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, Saturday, at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries Church. A funeral will take place at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the church, and he will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
