Following are this week’s nominees for the Suffolk News-Herald Player of the Week:

• Cameron Hargraves, sophomore, Lakeland High School basketball: Hargraves dropped 13 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the Cavs’ win over Hickory High School.
• Tre’Breh Scott-McKoy, junior, Nansemond River High School track and field: Scott-McKoy placed first in her heat with a time of 40.21 in the 300-meter dash at the Southeastern Invitational.
• Dennis Whitehead, senior, King’s Fork High School wrestling: Whitehead earned his 100th victory last Saturday for the Bulldogs.
