James W. Stafford Grace Marie (Evans) Stafford celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary on Jan. 20. They were married on Jan. 20, 1951. The Staffords, who live in Windsor, have lived in four houses in three cities, raised two children and now get to enjoy one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
