David L. Arnold, of Suffolk, was appointed to the Southeastern Public Service Authority

Monte K. Walden, of Suffolk, was appointed to the Virginia Cotton Board

Bettie Reeves-Nobles, of Carrollton, was appointed to the Virginia Fire Services Board
