Michael Leroy Slemp, 59, the son of Edith Boothe- Slemp and the late William B. Slemp, passed away on Friday, Jan. 26, 2018. A visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. A funeral will take place noon on Friday at Metropolitan Baptist Church, and he will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
