A popular television series that dives into worlds of hidden treasures is looking for Virginia residents to share their prized collections.

“American Pickers” is expected to film new episodes in Virginia this spring, according to a press release. The documentary series airs on the History Channel and follows Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz as they search for the most valuable antiques collections in the United States.

“Mike and Frank are on a mission to recycle and rescue forgotten relics. Along the way, the Pickers want to meet characters with remarkable and exceptional items,” the press release stated.

Suffolk residents can submit information to the hosts and potentially be featured on the next season of the show.

Only private collections will be accepted. Stores, malls, flea markets, museums, auctions, businesses or anything open to the public will not be accepted, according to the press release.
