Patrick Michael Cochrane Jr., 25, of Cedar Street, transitioned March 1, 2018, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A visitation with family will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2018, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home Inc. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. St. Patrick’s Day, Saturday, March 17, 2018, at East End Baptist Church, 1056 Portsmouth Blvd. He will be laid to rest in the Crocker Funeral Home Section of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
