Bulldogs can’t catch Hornets

King’s Fork High School’s baseball team took a district loss to Deep Creek High School on Saturday.
The Bulldogs went on the road to face Deep Creek in a rescheduled matchup, but they fell 7-3. Adam Briggs was the only Bulldog to score multiple runs. Chris Allen added a hit, a double and an RBI. Deep Creek got out to a 6-1 lead over the Bulldogs after two innings of play.
King’s Fork will host Oscar Smith High School at home Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
