Warriors keep Cavs scoreless

The Warriors boys’ soccer team defeated the Cavs 3-0 at home Tuesday evening.
Nansemond River High School’s boys’ soccer team got the edge over its rival Lakeland High School. The win comes as much needed for a Warrior team coming off of a 2-0 loss to Indian River High School last Friday.
Zay Brown got things started for the Warriors, as he scored the only goal of the first half. David Wright and Seva Karlov both added scores in the second half.
Nansemond River will host Oscar Smith High School at 5:30 p.m. Friday. Lakeland will host Western Branch High School at 5:30 p.m. Friday.
