The Golden Fold of Suffolk, in conjunction with Alpha Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., had its regular session at the Taylor Bend Family YMCA on April 11 on the topic of peer pressure.

The young men gave examples of the experiences they have encountered with peer pressure. They listened to each other’s stories and gave advice to one another.

Guest speaker Jay Hooper also challenged the youngsters with a model vehicle that had to be assembled with a battery connection and operate off salt water. The participants split into groups and started thinking and assisting one another in putting the model vehicle together and into operation.
