Nansemond River High School girls’ tennis team defeated Kecoughtan High School 5-0 to advance to the Class 5 Region A tennis semifinals.

The Lady Warriors will play in the semifinals at 11 a.m. Thursday at Huntington Park in Newport News. Nansemond River will be looking to get to the state tournament for another year.
