James A. Gaston Jr., of Gates Road, Suffolk, died on June 7, 2018. A service celebrating his journey home will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 11, 2018, at Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1071 Carrsville Highway, Franklin, with the pastor, the Rev. Alfred D. Brown Sr., delivering the message of comfort. Mr. Gaston’s remains will rest in the church for viewing by 11 a.m. The committal and benediction will be held in Mount Sinai Church Cemetery, Suffolk.
