Mrs. Antionette (Ann) Powell Turner, 56, of 706 Ashley Ave., transitioned Sunday, July 8, 2018. She was the daughter of Bertha Mae Powell and the late Joseph Henry Powell. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Vernon Powell Sr., and Fletcher Lee Powell.

She was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School (Class of ‘79). She was employed at Sentara Obici Hospital.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Harlee Turner, of Suffolk; three sons, Tevin, Tre’vis and Jasper, all of Suffolk; brother Alvin Powell (Carolyn), and sister, Chiquita Holland (Antonio), both of Suffolk; sister-in-law, Joyce Powell, of Oklahoma; and a host of other family and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held at noon Saturday, July 14, at St. Paul RZUA Church, 619 Spruce St., Suffolk. Burial will be at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
