The Suffolk Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance to locate Reginald Eugene Phillips.

The missing endangered adult was last seen by a family member at noon on July 9 by his apartment in downtown Suffolk, and he suffers from several serious medical conditions that require medications.

He does not have these medications with him.

Phillips is known to walk in the areas of North Main Street, Constance Road and Washington Street.

Phillips is a 61-year-old black male who is six feet tall and is approximately 220 pounds. He also has black hair and brown eyes.

If anyone sees Phillips do not approach just contact 911 or the local police department.
