The “Wolf Pack” team from Mt. Everest Karate Studio recently competed in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for 2018 AAU Karate National Championships.

The “Wolf Pack” team was a seven-member team, and everyone on the team won a medal.

Results are below:

• Alaina Spears, won two national titles and a silver medal. She beat the favorite by more than a point and a half.
• Teress Dobbie, won a national title and a silver medal.
• Breyona Whittaker, won a national title.
• Brian Lemus, won a national title.
• Treshaun Whittaker, won a silver medal.
• Camauri McPherson won a silver medal.
• Sydnee Brown won a bronze medal.

There were about 1,200 competitors at the championship, including some from Poland, Romania, Panama and Japan.
