Randolph Copeland, affectionately known as “Dolph,” transitioned from earth to glory on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk. Remains have been entrusted to Graves Funeral Home, Norfolk. The final service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 27, 2018, at St. John Pentecostal Church, Suffolk.
