Constance Decarlo Mayfield, 71, died on Monday, Aug. 20, 2018, in Winston Salem, N.C.

A visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, 2018, at the funeral home. A funeral will take place at 1 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, at Piney Grove Baptist Church, and she will be laid to rest at Mt. Sinai Church Cemetery.
