Suffolk police are investigating a commercial burglary that happened early Sunday morning.

The burglary was reported at 4:42 a.m. at CE Tactical, located in the 1200 block of Holland Road in the Holland Plaza shopping center.

Preliminary investigation found that several individuals drove a dark-colored SUV through the front doors of the store to gain entry, according to a city press release. Multiple items were stolen, and a full inventory is under way, the press release stated.

The store sells firearms and other tactical gear. On its Facebook page, the owners said they would “be closed for the next few days to clean up after the big night of fun.”

The store promised to be “bigger and better” upon reopening.
