The Suffolk Police Department is investigating an undetermined death.

Police were notified at 6:12 a.m. Monday of the incident in the 2400 block of Holland Road, according to a city press release.

City spokesman Tim Kelley said the woman was found in a “transport bus” type vehicle at the Pilot Travel Center. It looks like a school bus but does not belong to Suffolk Public Schools and is not used to transport children. It’s also not a city of Suffolk vehicle, Kelley stated.

The investigation is in its preliminary stages, and no more information is available for release, the press release stated.
