Following are this week’s nominees for the Suffolk News-Herald Player of the Week:

• Rebecca Hutchings, freshman, King’s Fork High School golf: Hutchings was the medalist with a score of 81 in the Bulldogs’ win over Nansemond River High School.
• Halle Fago, freshman, Nansemond River High School field hockey: Fago had a hat trick in the Lady Warriors’ win over Grassfield High School.
