Carolyn Simpson, 72, of Shenandoah Road, Hampton, transitioned Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2018, at her residence. A celebration of life will be held at noon, Monday, Sept. 10, 2018, at Gates of Heaven COGIC. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
