Rayfield T. Winnegan died on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018, at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018, at Mt. Tabor Church of God in Christ, Smithfield. Viewing will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018, at the chapel. Services are entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel Smithfield.
