Floria Ellen Chapman, 77, of East Washington Street, transitioned Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018, at New Paul’s Temple Holiness Church. She will be entombed in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
