Michael Smith Norfleet Sr., 57, passed away Oct. 14, 2018. He was born in Suffolk, the son of the late Lloyd H. Norfleet and Blanche Ellis Norfleet.

Michael is survived by his wife of 30 years, Robin Beale Norfleet; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Allen Moore; sons, Michael Norfleet Jr. and Elton Nielsen; grandchildren, Kala, Elizabeth, Hannah, A.J. and Susan; sisters and brother-in-law, Patricia and Buck Byrum, Barbara Smith and Frances Walker; brothers, Peanut and Happy Smith; numerous nieces and nephews; best friend, Roy Daisey; and beloved dog, Missy.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
