Mary Stewart, 93, of Atlantic Avenue, Chesapeake, transitioned Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018, at her residence. A celebration of life will be held at noon Friday, Oct. 19, 2018, at Oak Grove Baptist Church. The Rev. Dr. Anthony Copeland will deliver the message of comfort. She will be laid to rest in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church Feeding Ministry, 2635 E. Washington St., Suffolk, VA 23434.
