Walter Leon Foster, 41, of Medical Center Road, Gates County, N.C., transitioned Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, 2018, at Gates of Heaven Church, Suffolk. He will be laid to rest in Mt. Sinai Baptist Church Cemetery.
