Grand jury indicts 47

The Suffolk grand jury handed down 97 indictments against 47 defendants at the end of October.

Aaron Ashley — assault and battery of a family member, third offense
Kurtis Lamar Barnes — child cruelty; abduction; statutory burglary (3 counts); grand larceny, unauthorized use of motor vehicle
Gwyndolyn Catherine Bell — drive while intoxicated, third or subsequent offense
Anthony Clinton Boykins — attempted malicious wounding; use firearm in felony
Leshon Cameron Byrd — attempted malicious wounding; gang: participate in criminal act (2 counts: malicious shooting in occupied vehicle; use firearm in felony; reckless handling of firearm
Gordon Reid Chase — conspiracy to commit statutory burglary; statutory burglary; petit larceny; trespass
Tomika Monique Cost — identity theft (2 counts); forge/utter counterfeit documents (4 counts); obtain money by false pretenses (2 counts)
Holly Mullen Crichton — statutory burglary
James Keith Davis — violent sex offender failure to register
Omar Darshall Davis — nonviolent felon possess gun; felon possess weapon/ammunition; possess marijuana with intent to distribute, more than ½ ounce but less than 5 pounds; destruction of property with intent
James Robert Duck III — possession of heroin
Danielle Nicole Evans — grand larceny of motor vehicle
Anthony Maurice Freeman — grand larceny
Ashley Lagrace Garey — fail to appear on felony charge
