Mr. Boothe put down the cares of this life on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at noon, Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018, at Zion Tabernacle Baptist Church, Corapeake, N.C. He will be laid to rest in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
