Regina Penelope Artis, 60, of Suffolk, transitioned Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A visitation with family will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries. She will be laid to rest in Laurel Hill U.C.C.
