Joseph “Huss” Liggins Jr. transitioned from this life on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2018, at Sentara Careplex, Hampton.

A celebration of life service will be held at noon Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018, at Shiloh Baptist Church, Windsor. Interment will be at the Shiloh Church Cemetery.
