Otis Lee Baines, 73, died Jan. 4, 2019. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019, at Cypress Chapel Christian Church with the Rev. Alan Cruz and the Rev. Matthew Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends joined the family for a visitation Monday night at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
