Police seek missing man

Suffolk Police are seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing endangered adult last seen Jan. 8.

Orin Barrymorre Teasley, 49, a Suffolk resident, was last seen Jan. 8 in the area of Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, according to a city press release.

He was declared missing Jan. 11 and declared endangered this Wednesday in light of additional information, the city press release stated.

Teasley is described as a black male who is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs about 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Teasley “has a diminished mental capacity and has been reported to need continuous care with day-to-day functions and may not know his surroundings or address, therefore making him endangered,” the press release states.

Anyone who knows his whereabouts should not approach him but immediately call 911 or their local police department.
