The Warriors boys’ basketball team has swept its season series with Deep Creek High School.

Nansemond River High School boys’ basketball team has won four of its last five games. With a road win over Deep Creek Tuesday, the Warriors put together the season sweep. Justin Fatherly led with 17 points in the Warriors’ 59-45 win. Jalil Langston added 16 points and Jeremiah Lewis added 14 points.

The Warriors will take on Grassfield High School at home at 7 p.m. Friday. They will try to complete their third series win of the season.
