Kelvin Antonio Scott, 55, of Snohomish County, Wash., transitioned Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
