Nansemond-Suffolk Academy competed in the January Jam Showcase over the weekend and grabbed a win.

NSA competed in three games last week, going 2-1. They took on Carolina Basketball Academy at Bishop Sullivan during the January Jam Showcase. NSA took a 59-55 win, which moved them to 14-5 on the season.

Jaden Freeman went for 28 in the win, with Austin Dugas adding four three-pointers. For this week’s Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association Division II poll, NSA came in at No. 8 once again. Their total points were higher this week than last week, even though they remain in the No. 8 spot.
