Betty Rachel Wells Modlin, 84, died Jan. 28, 2019. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, 2019, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. Burt Pearce officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Friends may join the family for a visitation from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019, at the funeral home.
