The Lady Warriors dropped a road game to the Lady Braves last Friday night.

The Nansemond River High School girls’ basketball team went to 6-13 on the year after a 61-43 loss to Indian River High School. Ashlee Robertson led the Lady Warriors in scoring with 17 points. Taylor Paquette added 12 points.

The Lady Warriors will get a chance to complete their season series with rivals Lakeland High School at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lakeland. In the last meeting, the Lady Warriors won in a close matchup, 38-31.
