Cynthia “Cindy” L. Teel, 59, died on Friday, Feb. 9, 2019. A visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. A funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019, at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries Church, and she will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
