Dwayne Omega Allmond Jr., 32, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019. He was the son of Dwayne O. Allmond Sr. and Linda Carroll Holland. He was born on Aug. 17, 1986, in Suffolk. A funeral will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries Church, and he will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
