The Suffolk Christian Academy softball team picked up its first win of the season against Lawrence Academy at home Tuesday afternoon.

After falling down 1-0 in the first inning, SCA ran off with a big second inning, scoring eight of their 11 runs of the game. Nine Lady Knights scored a run in the 11-8 win, taking the team to 1-3 on the season.

Arryanna Baird got the pitching win. Heather Pearson went 2-4 with a run and three RBIs.
