Juvenile injured in shooting

Suffolk Police are investigating a shooting that injured a juvenile on Monday afternoon.
Police responded to a call at 3:51 p.m. in the 700 block of Dill Road, according to a city press release.
The victim, described by officials only as a male juvenile, was transported by an individual to a local hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound that is not considered life-threatening, according to the city press release.
City spokeswoman Diana Klink said she could not release any more details, including the age of the victim. The investigation remains ongoing.
