The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy girls’ lacrosse team got a 9-8 win over Steward at home Tuesday afternoon.

It was their third win of the season, surpassing their win total from last season. The Lady Saints are now 3-2 and came in at No. 5 in the first Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association Division II poll.

Aiden Lemieux had 11 saves in goal, including three in the final minutes to secure the win.
