NSA grabs win over Bishop Sullivan
The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy softball team dominated Bishop Sullivan Monday with a 19-0 win.
The Lady Saints were able to bounce back from their first loss of the season nicely. In a home matchup, the Lady Saints put up a season-high 19 runs in two innings to move to 10-1 on the season.
Reese Byrd pitched for the Lady Saints and got the win on the mound. Byrd also went 2-3 with RBIs on the afternoon. Maya McGowan went 2-2 with three runs and three RBIs.
