Lady Saints come in at three
The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy girls’ soccer team came in at No. 3 in the first weekly Virginia Independent School Athletic Association Division II poll.
NSA moved to 8-1-2 on the season with a win against Bishop Sullivan Tuesday evening.
In a 6-5 win over Bishop Sullivan, the Lady Saints were led by Alivia Giles, Hannah Wolfe and Emily Dumaran, who all had two goals each. Camryn King added three assists and Mallory Mizelle had 25 saves.
NSA will take on Norfolk Academy on the road at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
