The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy boys’ lacrosse team grabbed an 18-12 win over Trinity Episcopal on the road Thursday evening.
The Saints lacrosse team went to 7-5 on the season with the win. David Russell scored seven goals for the Saints, and Simon Dowd added four goals and seven assists. NSA went 2-0 on the week and recently came in at No. 4 on the recent Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association Division II poll. They were two votes under the No. 3 team, and they just might get there in the coming week.
