Lucinda Ann Turner Atkinson, 71, of Suffolk, died May 16, 2019. A celebration of life service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434, with the Rev.
